Dear God,

Another moment in time has come and past

And I find you still here with me

Evidence of your work in the journey show from the first step to the last

There is so much my heart wants to say - Where do I begin

I could praise you for the sun that shines so warm

I could praise you for the moon that controls the tide

I could praise you for the stars guiding me constant through the storm

But most of all I praise you for being here with me

In heart break and sorrow you bring comfort to my soul

In every thing I do your voice guides me

You speak the word - and I am whole

In each joy and triumph your smile is there and I rejoice 

I could praise you for health

I could praise you for friendship

I could praise you for happiness and wealth

But most of all I praise you for being here with me

You’ve proven faithful every-time - You have provided everything

From The Promise, to The Manger, to The Cross, to each life -You speak your word and give a reason to sing

I’m amazed at all you do for me, and so happy that you’re here

I could praise you for your healing touch

I could praise you for bringing peace to my mindI could praise you for all creation... and for loving me so much

But most of all I praise you for being here with me

I know there is nothing I could have done to deserve all you do for me

You prove you love me even when I can’t understand why

Even when I fall so short... You lift me up to what you made me to be

I will praise you for eternity, and love you all my life

I could praise you for peace

I could praise you for joy

I could praise you for freedom, and sweet release

But most of all I praise you for being here with me
