Looking back on all the memories behind me
Its almost hard to believe its true
So many times - I’ve promised my all and failed

This journey can seem so hard- and falling can be so painful
Its hard to trust when there’s so much I don’t know
My mind races on so many times when I try to be still
My eyes too often wonder from where I must go

So help me God to walk the path you’ve set before me
Fix my mind on all you are, and all you can do
Turn my head when my eyes take to wandering
Fill my life with more of you
